We’ve paired Verified Angus producers with elite pitmasters to transform Angus beef into BBQ masterpieces. Stay tuned for updates throughout the day and later tonight at the HKCBA national conference where we will crown the winner (chosen by three secret judges) and people’s choice (chosen by the 300 attendees).
